Whether to show commission income in itr 4 or itr4s

I have received commission income from Post Office as well as from LIC.
My total Income is around 400000.00
Sir,I wanted to know whether to file ITR 4 or ITR4S.

Plz tell...

02 July 2014 you have to file itr-4.
itr-4s cant be used for any type of commission income.
