NRI working in UAE for last ten years. whether salary earned in UAE is taxable in India if he opens a NRE Account.

No any Income Due or arise outside india is not taxable in india in case of non resident Individual. In th egiven case as income due and arise in UAE since last 10 years and person is non resident so not taxable in india.

Salary can be taxed in India if received in NRE account directly from employer outside India under Income Tax Act.
