Whether itc available against canteen bill

"A" company has a contract with "Mr. XYZ" for making and supplying food to its employees (Canteen contract).

Mr. XYZ charges GST in the canteen bill.

Is GST credit (ITC) available to "A" company?

Please reply as soon as possible. (Or, is this service/transaction specifically excluded from ITC?)
