Whether expenses to be reported even after deferment of rcm?

08 December 2017 Hello Guys,
As we all know that in 23rd Council Meeting of GST the council decided to defer the RCM till March 2018 on expenses but while filing Form 3B of November'17 is it necessary to give details of every expenses on which RCM was charged earlier?

08 December 2017 No need to pay GST under reverse charge system till 31st march 2018 goods covered under section 9(4) of the central goods and service tax act. you need to pay gst under RCM those services are covered under section 9(3) of the central goods and service tax act.

08 December 2017 Thank you for your warm reply Sir, I got that we don't need to pay RCM on expenses cover under section 9(4) but the same expenses needs to be disclose in 3B of Nov'17 ?

09 December 2017 No need to disclose if goods purchase from unregistered under reverse charge system but you need to pay GST and disclose the same on RCM which services are covered under section 9(3) of Central Goods and Service Tax Act
