Whether Educational Institution Run by a Trust is exempted

I want to clarify 2 things from the professionals?

1) Whether the Educational Institution run by
Charitable Trust is exempted from the purview of P F Act.

2) An employee who attained the age of 55 and took VRS from Govt service is employed in the same institution is he eligible for P F if the Act is applicable

05 July 2010 In case the person has not received the PF fund at time of VRS he is eligible for PF.
