I want to know is the AGM is of the same company or of different companies and also is it a adjourned annual general meeting ?

As per Sec 165, Annual General Meeting is held once in every year, any general meeting other than AGM is termed as extra ordinary general meeting. Hence only one AGM can be held if in case u want some time gap than it can be adjourned for some time unless it is adjourned for want of quorum.
