Whether attempt of Ca finals Matter in job offer

Dear sir,
if a student has cleared all his ca exams in more than one attempt,whether this could effect his chances of job offers and salary package as compared to a student who cleared CA in first shot

To a certain degree it may play a role but at the end of the day the recruiter would be looking at a candidate as a complete package. Academic achievements could be one of the factors but not the only factor. You other skill sets and traits also matter. Your overall personality would be evaluated to find out whether you would fit the organization. The body language, confidence level etc and how you carry yourself would matter for the prospective employer.
