Where should i join in ca firm or any ssi?

06 September 2013 Hello,
I have completed my CA. After that I joined in BPO company as CA fresher as at time I didn't decided exactly where shold I join as I was fresher. And now I am completing 8 months in BPO industry. I don't want to continue in this, Actually I don't have exposure for finalisation, internal audits of manufacturing concern in my Articleship. Or I would say still I need to get more clarity on my profile as a CA. Where should I join now in any CA firm or small manufacturing industry?

06 September 2013 it is recommended after ur above position in ur career to join CA firm for atleatr 1.5 years to get more exposure and get settled later in manuf.co
