When we have issue form 16A to employee .If income is not taxable in that case we have issue or not issue the same.

U have to issue form no. 16 to employee not 16A. It should be issued before 30th April of every year for the year ended. If the income is not taxable then you can give a salary certificate or Form no. 16 at ur option to the employee.

Yes You have to give Form No.16 to your Employee and for other than Salary you have to give Form 16A (TDS Certificate)to the responsible person for tax deduction and deposit if any.
