The due date of filing for indv. is 31 july.
The due date of filing for abov firm is 30sep.
What would be the due date of filing for the above indivisual ?

If individual is a partner of a firm which is under audit u/s 44AB then due date will be 30 Sept for filing IT Return of firm and also for Individual.
