when can i write my ca final?

I cleared my PE-II in may 2007 and joined my articles in feb 2008 after registering for final new course.when can i appear for my exams .if the period is 1.5yrs then nov 2009 would be the first attempt.but as nov 2009 is the last attempt for ca old course students(i am registered under new course) will i have to wait till may 2010 to take up my exams.

Yes you are right you have to wait untill 2010 as under the new course you will have to complete 2 years of articleship to write final CA.
