04 September 2012 i heard from a few friends that d 1st ca final attempt depends on clearance of grp-2? is it true? and as per d new rule, after what period of time d 1st final attempt comes?

06 September 2012 u can appear for CA final:

after passing IPCE exam
serving last 6 months of training

effectively 2 grp plays no role in ca final exam decision

08 September 2012 Passing 2nd grp of IPCC will have a significance only in the situation where the student has completed the articles and not yet cleared the 2nd grp.
In this case he will be required to undergo the minimum study period for Finals after passing grp-2.
