Hi,
I am B.Com graduate. Since last 1.25 years i am working as an accountant for an IT Company & getting good experiance.
I wants to become finance manager.
Please tell me that what will be better for me to do "MBA" or get much experiance in finance, instead of wasting time in education.

1. First requirement is initiative.
2. Second is experience.
3. Theoretical knowledge base.
4. Professional hard thinking
All the three are interdependent. You may be already having the first three. What you may additionally need is the fourth.
MBA from a good University or CA/CWA from the respective institutes will give that.
