FOR A LISTED COMPANY,YOU MAY REFER TO STOCK EXCHANGE LISTING AGREEMENT ABOUT CLAUSES IF ANY ON BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS. BUT THIS IS OVER AND ABOVE SEC 209 ONLY .BUT NOT A SUBSTITUTION OF SEC 209 OF COS ACT.
