i hv cleard my first grp of ca final in first attempt bt due to direct tax i m nt able to clear my second grp from last 5th attempt should i quit ca?
now m so depressed what should i do???

Don't be depressed life is full of up's and down's if you get depressed you will not be able to lead your life peacefully further.
Clearing 1st Group of Final itself is a big achievement. In my life I faced similar situation but one thing which motivated me is that I want to become a Chartered Accountant and I will become a Chartered Accountant how much ever i need to struggle and today after becoming CA I am very happy that i did not quit CA and now I feel blessed as a Chartered Accountant and my life is peaceful and people is society respect me a lot as a Chartered Accountant. You have a bright future after completion of CA don't forget that. Study hard retrospect where you made mistake in you exams because of which you got less marks and surely you will succeed. Don't quit CA at any Cost god has selected you to complete CA that's why you have passed 1st Group of CA Final.
