I am a CA i have following experience of 5 years:-
1.TDS analysis with 26as.
2.Application of Companies act 13 related to section 185,186,188
3.Computation of depreciation as per companies act 13.
4.Experience in filing of corporate ITRs, Individual ITRs.
5.Balance sheet finalization as per revised schedule VI.
6.Filing of TDS returns in webtel.
7.Filing of tax audit report (But new tax audit report i know the provisions but not practically filed as i am in a industry but know all the procedure)
8.Computation of FDRs interest receivable of approximately 600 FDRs.

It all depends on several other factors such as whether your are joining Industry or CA firm or Big 4.
If your joining Industry subject to the post allotted to you would be one of the deciding factors as well. Also your last salary drawn is taken into consideration while deciding on your package.
