24 June 2014 Hi...actually I started my article in march14 ..since I was doing 2 courses ...inst asked me to discontinue any one....so I requested to postpone my article reg....and complete my degree ...meanwhile if I want to change my firm ...i need to get no objection letter from my auditor(said institute ) ....after getting permission from my auditor can I apply in other firm...can I apply in more than one firm??'

24 June 2014 u need to file form 109 for getting transfer but must be duly signed by current ca.

24 June 2014 actually registration is not done ..still pending...so cant file form 109...once its get registered...i can..
but my doubt..
can i apply in some other firms now??
if yes...ten can i apply in more than one firm ...

24 June 2014 u can apply for more then 1 firms but can work under 1 ca only aftre all the procedure of taking trnafer and getting reg in new firm is over.
