What rate of st to be applicable in november 2015 exams

My question is in regard to rate of service tax ..is anybody sure of what rate is applicable in upcoming CA final exams ..is it 12.36 % or 14 % ??

Changes applicable before 6 months from the date of exam ae applicable. Rate of Service tax changed to 14% w.e.f. 1 June 2015 which is within 6 months from examination.
In my opinion there is no harm in making a calculation at 12.36% and putting a note at the end that the rate of service tax changed from 12.36% to 14% w.e.f. 1 June 2015. That will create a good impression.
