25 February 2010 Company Have TWO Director one is Managing Derector. With 100000/- Share Capital. and on any member INCORPRATTION DATE 15/04/2009.

in above company, Pls suggest me process of proper maintain of DOCUMENTS meeting and resolutions of AND Maintiain first?. if not AGM, can penalty this. My friend say in P LTd co. Who have only TWo Dirctor not requierd AGM because Resolution pass in board of Dirctor Meeting.

25 February 2010 AGM is required for every company. Proper documents for Board Meetings and AGM have to be maintained.
