Due to mistake in Interest Calculation in Return CPC GENERATE Refund and Income Tax return was invalidated

If possible file the updated return again for the same period, provided system accepts. Otherwise no other alternative.

Check if it is economical, or feasible as per your needs; otherwise there is no alternative. I even doubt, if updated return would be accepted again.
In case you had not filed relevant ITR earlier, and if there is refund due; you can try filing u/s. 119(2)(b) IT act.
