dear sir.
I am doing ipcc and I have one query regarding that board meeting and general meeting what is the proof that bod and sh that actually conducted the meeting they can also prepare manually reports also

Once the Minutes are prepared & duly signed by the Chairman , it is assumed that the meeting has been duly convened. There is'nt any proof as such, neither the Act required for any such proof except in case of meeting held through video conferencing.
