What is the gst rate for sub contractor bill

Please explain one of the our client doing sub contractor ( only service & labour supply) in irrigation pipe line work he will come under GST he has to give GST bill to Company? Please help me in this case.

Off course GST is payable. The subcontractor, if his turnover is over the exemption limit, is required to take GST registration and pay appropriate amount of GST.
