15 April 2013 Father owns land and want to form a partnership with Wife,son and daughter-in-law,construct building on that land with loan by father & contribution from other members.how to form a partnership firm and what are the formalities.Pls reply.Thanks in advance..

16 April 2013 If your all family members are CA then there will be no problem to form Partnership firm.

If any member is Non CA but lawyer etc. then multi disciplinary partnership can be formed.
