25 January 2011 Hi!

Can anyone help me out by giving suggestions as to how to prepare for Final Direct Tax Paper and how to present the answers in the examination?

For my Nov 2010 attempt, I had thoroughly prepared and studied the entire syllabus and written my exam very well, expecting 60+ marks in the paper. I had even gone through the Institute compilation and presented the answers according to their suggested answers.

Finally, after my exam...when the suggested answers for Nov 2010 exam were issued by the institute, i had compared my answers with the same and i was pretty much satisfied and was confident that i shall get good score...But unfortunately, i got 36 marks.

Now, in a depressed condition..i m not able to find where has it gone wrong...with my preparation...or...with the presentation...or with the evaluation...or finally with the LUCK.

So friends..please me out to get out of this situation.

25 January 2011 1. First you go for Reevaluation of Tax Paper.

2. While answering the quetion you follow thw following steps.

a. Provision
b. Present Case
c. Conclusion.

I am sure you will get good marks.
