29 April 2010 As per sec.2(28) of Customs Indian customs Waters means the waters extending into the sea up to the limit of contiguous zone of India u/s.5 of the Territorial waters,Continental shelf,EEZ and other Maritime Zones Act 1976.Indian Customs water is up to the 12 nautical miles from the territorial Waters
