CT-3 is for procuring goods without payment of duty for 100% EOU Units.

but person supplying goods has to recive cT-3 & has to submit it to excise officials failing which whther int & penalty is attracted at what rate?

Delayed submission will attract residual penalty under Rule 27 of Central Excise Rules
