does non filing of CT-3 attracts interest & penalty. what is penalty & int rate fro 2009-10

29 September 2009 CT-3 is for procuring goods without payment of duty for 100% EOU Units.

No meaning of filing of CT-3. Your question itself is wrong one.

but person supplying goods has to recive cT-3 & has to submit it to excise officials failing which whther int & penalty is attracted at what rate?
