IF I DEDUCTED TDS ON MARCH'2009 OF SALARY PARSON AND NON-SALARY PERSON. THEN WHAT IS A LAST DATE OF PAYMENT OF TDS IN BANK? IF I AM DEDUCTED TDS ON PAYMENT OF INTEREST AND AFTER THAT,I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY TDS AMOUNT IN BANK WITHIN THE TIME LIMIT AND I AM PAID AFTER TIME LIMIT, THEN IS IT POSSIBLE TO DISALLOWED MY EXPENDITURES FROM MY INCOME TAX RETURN?
PLEASE SOLVE MY QUERIES AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.......

due date for TDS in march-09 was 07-04-09
but you can pay tds along with interest up to last date of Filling of your i t return, thses provision is only for TDS in Mar-09 only not for TDS from Apr-08 to Feb-09

for normal transactions due date is 7 april
tds should be paid within 7 days from the end of month in which salary is paid
and for provisions made on 31st march last date for payment of tds is 31st may
and if u pay tds before last date of filing of return than expenses wont be disallowed
