What if company is not doing anything

26 September 2013 Hello,
Around 7 month ago, i and my 2 more friends open a private limited company. But due to some initial dispute among company not started any business. Even there is no bank account not pan card of the company till now.
and not even issued its share certificate means it did noting after incorporation.

And now we three are not in contact. and we three was director of the company. Then what to do??

Can i close the company ?? or somewhere i can complain about this ???

What will be the consequences ???

05 October 2013 First you write a letter to all the 3 directors and send the proposal that you do not want to continue in the company and accordingly send form No. 32 for your walk out from the company. Let the other directors take care of the company. If other directors are not interested in the company then first take one other director and then retire the other 2 directors the company will be yours. If none of the directors are interested in continuing in the company then close it take the help of your CA or CS
