12 October 2018 What about Goods Not listed in RCM, I buy FLY ASH from unregistered dealer, Does it attract RCM? If yes can we claim it?

12 October 2018 At present under the CGST Act, RCM in case of purchase from unregistered dealer has been put on hold till 30.09.2019 vide Notification No. 22/2018 – Central Tax (Rate) dated 06.08.2018.
