30 November 2008 Excise Duty constitute part of the Turnover.Service Tax/Sales Tax does not constitute part of Turnover.

01 December 2008 Excise duty is a duty based on manufacture /producton of goods or services so itwould form the part of the turnover.
Service tax is chargabe on the taxable services.Therfore that will also be incuded on turnover.
