A kanpur based company launched a website for providing tax related service online. under which service the company has to register for Online tax related services??

how it will raise bill to its online customers??

How a professional will raise bill to Company??

Whether the professional raise bill to the company or directly to the company's client??

29 November 2017 Answers to all your questions depend upon the one of the following strategy used by the company:

1. Professionals get registered with the company by paying one time fees. On whatever business professional get via a company, they have to pay a certain percentage or fixed amount to the company as fees.
Lets understand By an example:
Professional A gets Registered with Tax solution website for a fees of Rs. 10000 Per annum. and he has to pay 10 % of the fees collected by him for the business received from website. So The Tax Solution Website will have to charge 18% GST on both Registration Fees and Variable fees. Here Professional will directly bill to the client via company. company will bill to professional for their 10% share + GST.

The above model is generally being used by most of the Market Model E-Commerce companies.

2. The comapny hires professionals. They pay a fixed amount to professional and Charge respective amount for respective services to clients. In this case professionals may be on pay roll or on conract basis. in case of contract basis professional will bill to company and company will bill to the clients for the services.
