Individual owning a self constructed factory building at Silvassa, given on rent to a Pvt. Ltd. Company in which he having shares and director also.
What will be the Wealth Tax implications on such factory building ?(In individuals hands)
i.e. Whether it is not an asset or it is asset but exempt or it is taxable.
