IN BALANCE SHEET RS. 55000/- SHOWN IN CASH IN HAND. IS THERE ANY LIABILITY TO PAY WEALTH TAX ?

agree with the expert. but from this F/Y (1.4.09 - 31.3.10) net wealth limit has been increased to Rs 30 lacs.
