We got 2 pan no's in the society and school - which pan card shall we surrender -reg

14 June 2025 One pan was issued in the name of school and ITR is filed in the same pan no. Whereas, the another pan no.is taken in the name of the society under which the above school is running. But, no return is filed in the name of the society. Hither to exemption granted incase turnover exceeds 5 crores whether return under Institution allowed.

15 June 2025 If the forth letter of the PAN in both the case is same i.e. 'A', you can surrender the society's PAN. If different clarify.
