Wastage material at zero rates

During audit i came to one situation. Co. is giving its wastage stock to customer at zero rate with approval of MD. Can co do so? Please help me out.

Yes co. can do so .. if u r internal auditor then u cn raise this query bt for tht u hv to prove tht its saleble in the market. and if u r statutory auditor then its fine

If You are Statutory Auditor Then Also You Should raise This Issue (If and Only if This is Salable in Market).
