i am a authorised person for a share broker company, i get commission on percentage wise from broker. My income from interest on F.D. and commision from share broker company. i received Rs. 135000 annual commission from broker. Which form should i have fill for income tax return file,

Sir i have filled my return on ITR4. Error 31 displaying.

Definition of Error 31 is "Total Tax Payable on Deemed Total Income u/s 115JC is different withthe sum of (Tax Payable on Deemed Income plus Surcharge plus Cess)."
Press "Recalculate Tax" button of ITR
and see if it still show error
