I want to know about complite procedure for,
Export Machinery which was imported under EPCG.

22 May 2012 after receiving the EPCG licence check that this licence custom notification is correct and item of import and export are right mentioned as per application filed by you then:

1.hire a agent for Registration in custom.

2.after fulfill the export import contact hire
agent for export and ask them that must mention licence No. in shipping bills.

3. after installation machine within 6 month in company premises submit the installation certificate in DGFT or custom .

after fulfill the EO submit file in concerned OFFICE OF RJDGFT office .
