want to file ITR for my wife...
she already file upto AY 10-11,ITR-4
further she couldn't do it...
now i want to file it further for her, as NIL..
my Query..
want to file online...
should i file ITR-4S or ITR 4...
confused on both..
what is difference btwn both..
my wife is beautician...she handles it form HOME...
pls guide.

ITR 4S has been specifically prescribed for the assesse having presumptive income and having turnover/recipt not great than 60 lacs
and for professionals and persons carrying business having to/recipt over 60 lacs have to file tax audit report and return in itr 4 is too be filled.

YOU CAN NOT FILE THE RETURN UPTO A Y 2012-13 DUE TO LAST DATE WAS 31.3.2014.
NOW YOU CAN FILE RETURN OF A Y 2013-14 AND ONWARDS.
YOU CAN FILE IN 4S if your show presumptive income otherwise you can file ITR-4.
