Dear sir/ Madam,
I have graduated with commerce subject (B.Com) with 46% marks in 2011. Can i enroll myself for the CA course? Is there any condition for such a low percentage in B.Com.

Yes, you are eligible to to CA, but you shall enter into CA by appearing and qualifying of CPT.
