What is W City service tax? whether service tax return for this W City tax has to be filled separately?

What stands for W send the clarification as to my knowledge service tax is one and it is to be filed on attraction of ST and only single return for all services to be filed.

W stands for Work construction service tax in haryana state. Whether for this service, return can be filled along with service tax return filled normally for all other services?

Yes u can file the service tax return normally for this kind of services along with all other services. Properly arrive at the value of services after segregating the value on wch VAT is applied and show it in d return
