Voilation of sec 173 of companies act 2013

Dear sir where 3 meeting has been held in a year and 4th meeting couldn't be held due to quorum, whether there has been any contravention of companies act 2013 or not.

If the meeting could not be held due to want of quorum, then adjourned meeting should have been held as per provisions of 174(4). If quorum was present in Adjourned meeting, even though it was held after completion of 12 months, there won't be contravention of Section 173.
