we have filed the B/s for the F.Y.2007 with Roc without enclosing the B/S of our subsidiary company. now we have received the show cause notice from ROC seeking clarification for the violation of sec.212 of Companis Act. kindly advise me what reason i can give so that i can prove that was not wilfull omission.
