I need to inspect list of shareholders of a private ltd. co. But on the site there is availbale only the e-forms. The attachment to Form 20B is not open for view.
Plz guide me how I can view the same

You need to buy the view by paying for the service. You can only know about existence of document. To look at contents, you need to make payment.

Sir,
I have made the payment and viewed the documents. In the option Balance Sheet and Annual return atachments, the attachedments are not available. Instead the e-forms are there. I need to view the attachements to Form 20B.
Pls tell if any other option is available

The following is what has been given in the FAQs.
You can register yourself on the MCA portal and use the 'View Public Documents' link to view the documents of the specific companies available for viewing to public pertaining to specific company(s). Once you select the company(s), you will be prompted to make the payment @ Rs. 50/- per company. On receipt of payment, the system will allow you to view the documents pertaining to the selected company from the 'My Documents' link on the portal for a period of three hours from the time you start viewing. Documents such as balance sheets, annual returns, form 32 etc for the preceding two years are available in the digital form for the companies falling under ROC going live on the MCA portal.
If there is still difficulty I think the only option available is to lodge a complaint.

True. On the website itself there is a complaint box, complain there, they reply pretty fast.
