11 June 2015 I am a CA fresher qualified jan2015. I have two job offers in my hand, one is that of sap consultant in TCS and the other one is statutory audit in EY.
I am very confused about which job offer to select,ctc is same of both and i am quite neutral about both, i just want the experts to guide me which will be better for long term career perspective and candidate growth and work life balance....

11 June 2015 Both are superb for you. SAP have many scope in future to earn a lot.

TCS is the company who take care of employees in every manner. Just ask for more CTC & Negotiate Chose one.

11 June 2015 Thanku Ankur Sir for ur reply, i will surely consider what u said. I just want one clarification that i am not from any IT background nor i have any idea of sap profile so still u suggest to go for it. Also i have heard that once i opt for sap profile i wont be able to switch over to other role but in case of statutory audit switching over is possible. So which way shouuld i go??
