Dear expert,
Ours is a Tobacco box making plant. In one situation we need to buy a Die for making the specified box as per customer requirement. Whether we need to include this die making charges in cost of the box or we need to collect it in any other manner or can we show the cost of die making charges in the invoice it self please advice.

You are not manufacturer of tobacco product. you are manufacturing a box of using packing for tobacco products. Die is the capital goods for you. If you are paying duty on box, you can take cenvat credit on the part of duty paid on die.
