Dear sirs,
Kindly help me in solving one doubt which is distrubing me for many days..
Case is as follows..
Company incoprorated in some foreign country..and Indians are working in that company....Indians are getting two salaries one in foreign country and other in INDIA... salary in foreign country is subjected to that country income tax....
but no tax has been deducted for the salary paid in INDAI (through banks) for working in Foreign locations.
Kindly specify the provisions and legal aspects in this regard....
as quickly as possible.....

Are the persons resident in India or non-residents?

If they are Indian residents then they will have to file return including both the incomes and claim double taxtion relief on the foreign income if DTAA is applicable for that country.

Sir, can u mention the impact on director of the company who is paying salary without deducting tax ? ?

The company will be held as defaulting company and interest and penalty will become applicable subjec to section 201 and 221
