I wanted to know that how can we verify whether a particular individual or a company had filed his TDS Return or not and that also within due date if we know his TAN Number Please ellaborate

You can know through 26AS whether your TDS has been deducted or not and perfect TDS return was submitted or not.

expert is right. you can know with this you can also go through these formats by online a/c of any bank and updation of pan in your profile by doing this u can show 26AS and also your eaccount means registration in efiling give the information same.
