19 August 2013 is vat registration required with IEC REGISTRATION FOR EXPORT BUSINESS IN HARYANA URGENT REPLY PLZZ..

19 August 2013 If you want to sell goods inter sate/purchase goods interstate, you need to registered for VAT+CST.

As you intend to export/import (as the case may be) your sell/purchase will be treated as interstate so you required to get registered for VAT and CST.

19 August 2013 If you are exporting taxable commodities or the export total turnover is above the registration limit under HVAT Act (threshold limit), you have apply for CST/VAT as indicated by the Expert.

19 August 2013 if you import/ export a goods worth 1 rupee, you need to registered for VAT/CST
