02 December 2010 when a autorised service centre sales parts and service a motor car what rate of vat tax on pats is applicable in west bengal

03 December 2010 Which State?. however if motor car spares is higher taxable goods. (ie. 14.5%, 13.5% & 12.5%) so, it is depend upon the state tax.
