I want know VAT set off on fixture & furniture for the financial Year 2006-07 ?if yes ?from which date fixture & furnite vat set off avail ?

08 March 2008 THE SETOFF IS AVAILABLE FROM 05/09/2006 ONWORDS ON YOUR PURCHASES OF FURNITURE
RULE 53(7A) RETAINTIONS OF 4% OF VAT
IF VAT IS PAID SEPERATELY 12.5% THEN SETOFF IS AVAILABLE ONLY 8.5%
